Dave Kovalcik was one of the original founders of Computerware Inc. He and his three brothers started the business in 1982 as a computer retail store for Apple, IBM and Compaq in Bucks County Pennsylvania. He helped grow the organization to over 350 people with 13 locations booking over $200 million in sales. In 1995 Computerware merged with Catalink Direct. As President of the mid-Atlantic region for Catalink Direct, Dave helped take the company public in October of 1995.
Seeking another challenge in technology, Dave started Dyventive Inc. in October of 1998. He began renting computers and AV equipment to Fortune 500 corporations worldwide. After 16 years, the organization is 70 people strong and leads the industry in innovation and service quality. Annette is passionate about helping people communicate in ways that are meaningful to them. Her strongest skills revolve around helping people or companies determine and define their core messages and rolling them out to their targets in the most authentic and useful of ways to their business.
Annette has 25 years of marketing communication experience contributing to her expertise. Her communications excellence has been honored numerous times including earning a Silver Microphone Award, ABWA Business Woman of the Year nominee, several AMA Best in Show collateral awards and as Outstanding Teacher in 2008. Her specialties at Dyventive include branding and identity, market assessment and niche development as well as media relations, marketing mix development, tactical assessment and design management.
A hands on innovator, Zack brings years of technology experience to the functionality of our products, platforms and our overall IT infrastructure. Everyday he offers insights he acquired from his notable success directing a broad range of corporate IT sales and operations initiatives while participating in planning, analyzing, and implementing solutions to meet business objectives. For more than 6 years, Megan has worked her way thru the ranks of Pharmethod’s Program Coordinators and is now looked to as a strong and reliable team leader. With hundreds of events completed under her directions, Megan is credited with personally coordinating more than 2000 live events, more than 200 virtual events on 6 continents and dozens of speaker trainings – while managing the team that’s executes hundreds more of the same. Sara Michaels brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to her position. She began her career at a leading CRO; then moved to healthcare communications. Sara held positions of increasing responsibility within account management, operations, finance, and client services, with a focus on meetings planning, execution and management. She has profound experience with advisory boards and peer-to-peer meetings, and meetings management in general.
Sara’s therapeutic experience is very broad, with a focus in oncology, CNS, Women’s Health and diabetes. She has contributed to 13 product launches, by bearing responsibility for advisory boards, clinical investigator meetings and a variety of peer-to-peer meetings throughout the pre-launch/launch stages. She has directed promotional activities that help to sustain a product throughout its life-cycle.
Sara graduated from Clemson University, with an undergraduate degree in International Business and Marketing. She earned her MBA at Holy Family University, Philadelphia, PA
